Grab Bar Guys installed grab bars in my two bathrooms and they did an excellent job. Throughout the process Tim was easy to communicate with via phone and text and he arrived at my home when he said he would. Tim installed two bars in one bathroom while his coworker installed two bars in the other bathroom. Both of them were polite, professional, did excellent work and cleaned up the areas when they were finished. If you’re looking for grab bars I highly recommend this company. Thanks Tim!

We contacted Grab Bar Guy and spoke with Tim about our interest in adding grab bars to our main bathroom. Tim responded with an appointment within a few days. He and his helper came to our home (arriving early) and within 45 minutes we had two bars rofessionally installed in the bathtub area. In conversation, we identified the desire for a grab bar in our ensuite and Tim was able to install it immediately. Tim was professional, prepared and very personable. The bathrooms were left without any mess and the bars look as though they have always been part of the fixtures. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Grab Bar Guy.

They came to install bars in my mother’s home today. The bars look excellent and feel very safe, and both men were very polite and friendly and professional. Highly recommend
We had Tim the grab bar guy come and install grab bars in our shower and by our toilets. He did an excellent job and also cleaned up after the instal. We have porcelain shower walls so installing the bars was tricky and it turned out great. I didn’t have to do anything except make the phone call and Tim came with the bars and did the work. He was punctual and a very pleasant person. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbours.
Cracked a tile during bar installation. Gave me $100 off but will cost me much more than that to have another company remove the bar and replace the tile.

Once again you did a very professional job as you did at our daughter’s home several months ago. I certainly will recommend your company to anyone requiring your type of service in the future.

Had four grab bars installed by these wonderful people. They were punctual ,polite, tidy and very professional.
They are not the least expensive but my mother always said you get what you pay for. In this case I got a fantastic job done and have peace of mind that the job was done right.
Will have to have them back to install one more bar that I forgot about.

Totally satisfied. Clear upfront quote on the phone. The technician, Ian, showed up the next day. After a quick discussion of what to be done, he spent about an hour to install three bars in the toilet and shower. Thank you!
The condo where the installations took place is 50 years old. Ian had to drill through different mediums, including poured concrete and porcelain tiles. Ian arrived on time and was very efficient. Did the work and cleaned up. It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Ian and the Grab Bar Guy.

I called Glen last week, he was great on the phone, the appointment was made for today and the job was done quickly, neatly and looks great.
The price was exactly as quoted so no surprises. When I saw all tools required I was glad it was not me trying to do the job.

His great customer service, attention to detail and quality installations are very apparent, while the price was so reasonable, we are very happy with our choice!

He got the job done fast and right! He knows what he is doing. Definitely, recommend him for any grab bar installation. Thank you so much, I now feel much safer moving into my new place. Would hire him again for any future modification job.
True the bars were installed cleanly and quickly – but way overpriced – he charges $125 per bar – they actually cost $45 and $38 for the small one – and yes they are Moen so I feel his installation fee is very high – even taking into consideration travel – he also put a mat in the bottom of the tub which I was very impressed with, thankfully he only had one in the truck as we would have put an additional on in the 2nd bathroom, I went on amazon.ca and purchased it for $28 – taxincluded – its identical to the one he had – he charged $49.95.
After paying $300 feel like we were ripped off – was tempted to put a stop on the cheque, but that would probably have caused more problems. A senior ripping off other seniors!

We guarantee satisfaction. Over the years, we found to maintain our business requires a pricing structure that includes all expenses incurred. The pricing structure we believe is very fair. Each installed grab includes the associated costs of the grab bar, labour, automotive expenses, liability insurance, mounting hardware, tools, advertising, accounting and the cost of carrying our inventory. An estimate is provided whether verbal or written before any work is completed. We are sorry that you feel these costs were inflated but believe them justified in the course of daily business.

Thank you for the wonderful work you did in my ensuite! The shower looks classy and it takes me half the time to shower as I am now able to do so safely and confidently. It is truly a gift.
I face-timed my Dad and showed him my bathroom that night. Your work was an inspiration and he asked if you could install Moen safety products in his bathroom (finally)! Dad has spinal stenosis, wears a back brace, and has numb fingertips.
We spent a few hours going through Moen.ca. Dad (engineer) drew a sketch of what he would like his bathroom to look like with specific Moen products (he has the item numbers). He would like 5 grab bars, a tub grip handle and toilet support handles. In his powder room he would like 1 grab bar and toilet handles. Are you able to help him?

I just thought I would send you a quick email and compliment your worker “Bill” who did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable and he worked efficiently.
